How an old asphalt flat roof in Putney, with water-damaged boards underneath, was replaced with a new triple-layer torch-on felt system.
Deb's flat roof in Putney was covered in old asphalt, and water had found its way through to the deck — some of the boards beneath had been damaged by it. With the deck affected, a surface repair would not have lasted; the roof needed stripping and rebuilding on sound boards.
